It's official, framing of 401 and 405 is under way. Utilities are in, foundations are complete, back yards and retaining walls are in place and the hillside is seeded. Framing of the south-most duplex of 401 & 405 N Chestnut Street commenced March 25th is progressing smoothly.
The builder, Paul Rising, anticipates all six homes to be finished by October.
