After a decade of planning, revising and waiting, Robbin Place construction is in full swing!
November 2018: The enormous project of site preparation, pouring caissons and establishing proper anchoring for the foundations was completed in November.
January - March 2019: We laid a new gas main extension, new water and sewer mains and ran all electric and gas lines to the buildings. Framing is scheduled to start mid-March.
March - May: Framing of all three buildings will be complete by the end of May.
August: Construction of the South building is anticipated to be complete.
